How are companies adapting to increasingly rapid tech changes?

"While the focus on data won’t remove the need for strong applications to support well-structured processes, it does enable us to use ‘satellite’ applications – mobile apps, or new micro sites – to engage more effectively with our people. This becomes particularly important if there is a strong legacy of systems, or many systems borne out of many acquisitions.
