How to achieve the Silicon Valley state of mind...

The words of Yoda may have been meant for a young Luke Skywalker, however, Robbie Clutton, Director of Pivotal Labs, believes they can hold just as much sway in the business world.

In a recent interview with Business Grapevine, he gave us his top tips on how to achieve that all important Silicon Valley State of Mind. The adapt or die mentality is one which has been intrinsic to human evolution since the dawn of man-and though transformation doesn’t happen overnight, a failure to embrace change will only lead to disaster.

“A philosophy best exemplified by Silicon Valley,” explained Clutton. “This customer-centric, and entrepreneurial approach to innovation offers organisations the best chance to grab the digital opportunity with both hands.
