Noven Pharmaceuticals hires VP HR

Noven Pharmaceuticals has appointed a Vice President of HR.

Dolores Calicchio joins from Carnival Cruise where she was also VP HR.

She has also held senior HR roles at BAYADA Home Health Care (Chief People Officer) and Johnson & Johnson (VP HR - Health Care Systems).
