The best way to make employees feel special

Burrowed away in West London is the UK office of Lindt, and the home of the famous gold chocolate bunny. As I entered the reception I noticed that vast quantities of chocolate were being gathered at the front of the building, as though they were storing food for the winter. I soon found out it was for their annual conference and noticed it was all being carefully overseen by the giant gold bunny that sits in the waiting area.
