NGA ResourceLink 16: simplifying the integration of Tax and Salary changes into Payroll

NGA ResourceLink is our flagship HR and Payroll solution and our latest release works to simplify public and private sector payroll processes.  They also promote employee HR and benefits management self-service, reducing the administrative burden on HR teams whilst further developing a frictionless employee experience.

To maximise ongoing compliance for clients, the updates to NGA ResourceLink 16 include enhancements to make it easy to integrate the legislative changes, scheduled for April.  This year these include changes to National Insurance, State Pension, Scottish Income Tax, Living Wage, P11D Reporting and University Superannuation Scheme.

NGA ResourceLink 16 adds efficiency and flexibility to HR and Payroll processes for any organisation with 500+ employees.  It integrates all processes including pay run, back pay calculations, gross to net capability, retrospective processing rework and will work with multiple legislations and currencies.  The recording, calculation and payment of expenses can also be easily and accurately administered, further reducing time and complexity for employees, managers and HR.
