Millennials or graduates want to work in a start-up culture, or in a start-up itself. It is not surprising because these companies promote flexible working; they don’t really care about their people being suited and booted, they care more about what’s inside their brain. Innovation and technology is key and they need their people to bring all of themselves to work so both the company and individual can get the best out of their talent.
