The Lord Davies report announced that the target of 25% FTSE100 female representation at Board level by 2015 has been achieved. However, with the number of FTSE100 Chairwomen (two in 2011, now three) and CEOs (five in 2011, and still five) showing negligible improvement, has real progress been made? And is the new target – 33% for all FTSE350 firms – too little?
