Weak recruitment processes costs pharma industry 11,400 weeks of management time

A failure to adopt the best recruitment processes is costing pharmaceutical businesses 219 years in management time, according to research by Randstad In-house Services.  

The study showed that the average recruiter in that industry spends 30% of their time on searching for new hires and assessment and testing. With staff turnover currently 4.5%, and headcount growth sitting at 0.9%, this equates to 11,400 weeks of management time.
