Next generation RPO: Fully integrated process, branding and technology to drive business outcomes

IBM has been providing outsourced process services since the mid 1990’s across a wide range of functional capabilities. Specifically with regard to Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), IBM’s capabilities are enabled by their acquisition of Kenexa in 2012. Kenexa was established in 1987 as an executive search firm, and began providing RPO services in 1997. As part of this acquisition, both organisations combined to deliver RPO services through IBM Kenexa Recruitment Services. Today IBM Kenexa Recruitment Services supports more than 70 RPO programmes, generating over 100,000 hires annually. Through IBM and Kenexa’s unique combination of recruiting heritage, behavioural science expertise and technology solutions, they have become uniquely positioned to help clients get more out of RPO.
