What the Trade Union Bill means for HR

The Trade Union Bill represents the biggest shake-up of rules on industrial action in 30 years. So, what does it mean for HR? 

Under current rules, all that is needed for a strike is a majority of those that turn out, but the Trade Union Bill would impose a minimum 50% turnout. Public sector strikes would need the backing of at least 40% of those eligible to vote. Such impositions were predicted by HR Grapevine last year
