In the last few years apps have taken over the dating scene. No wonder, when it’s estimated that the average smartphone user checks their phone 1,500 times a week. And as the likes of Tinder and Happn have gone from strength to strength, recruitment is going the same way. Research released by Indeed last year found that over half of jobseekers look for new opportunities online. So, while it is clear that there is a crossover when it comes to the technology side of both endeavours, are there more traditional skills in dating that recruiters might learn from?
