he alarm goes off at 6.30am and I’m on my way to the station by 7.15am. I pick up a coffee before jumping on the tube, where I check emails that have come in overnight from the US and respond to anything urgent. I get to the office by 8.30am and have breakfast at my desk whilst preparing for the day ahead.
My meetings commence at 9am. My role as VP HR (Europe and Africa) can be roughly split into four key areas of focus – being an active member of our global HR Leadership team, leading my regional HRBP team, business partnering, and managing projects.
