Head of HR - Retail appointed at Morrisons

Morrisons, whose HR Director left earlier this week, has appointed a Head of HR – Retail.

Ben Langton will be accountable for developing and delivering the regional business strategy and achieving a balanced scorecard across all people, customer, operations & finance measures.

Langton had worked at Tesco before moving to Morrisons. He started in 2004 as a Resource Manager – Large Stores, and ended up as Head of People Operations – UK.
