Eightfold AI has announced the appointment of a new Chief People Officer, with current advisory board member Meghna Punhani stepping into the role.

Punhani has served as a strategic advisor to the agentic-AI platform since July 2023, having previously held leadership roles at DevRev, Palo Alto Networks, and Google, spearheading organisational growth initiatives.

The appointment of the experienced people leader comes during a period of rapid growth for Eightfold, during which it is expanding its support for AI-driven HR across its customer base of Fortune 500 companies and public sector institutions.
