Thomas Cook appoints Chief People Officer

The travel company has appointed a Chief People Officer, as part of a number of organisational changes.

Pete Constanti will take up the new role at Thomas Cook Group with immediate effect.

Reporting to new Group CEO Harriet Green, he will use his experience to lead Thomas Cook’s global people agenda and to achieve this, the HR and Learning & Development functions in each region will now have dual reporting lines into Constanti and their local market.  

Constanti will continue to lead Group Destination Management, working with the segments to build on its solid foundations to further expand its effectiveness and drive even greater efficiencies in the future.
