What do you think is the key to being a successful Group Head of HR?
I believe the key to being a successful Head of HR is to have the ability to interact at all levels within the organisation, and to have an appreciation for the challenges each employee group faces. You have to very quickly establish credibility within the leadership team. Be prepared to walk the walk, not just talk the talk.
