Top 10 cities for accidents at work claims revealed

Over one million accidents occur in the workplace every year, however just ten per cent of employees seek further action, according to a new report.

Research released by law firm First4Lawyers has uncovered a seven percent  increase in accident-at-work settlements in 2014 and a 16% increases on registered enquiries, highlighting that common workplace incidents such as trips, faulty equipment and unsafe working conditions are actually on the rise.

The survey also found the top ten cities for accident claims made at work, with Edinburgh comes first and Shrewsbury being cited as one of safest places to work in the UK;
