The UK Performance Management Report 2019:
Appraisals, Ratings and What’s Next

Webinar | Thursday, 10th October 2019 1:00pm BST | HR Grapevine & Clear Review

You are watching on demand.

Clear Review has just published the UK’s first in-depth research into performance management: where we are, where we’re going and how we get there. With responses from 300 senior HR people, plus hundreds of managers and a thousand employees, it provides benchmarking and best practice on one of the most challenging issues facing HR today.

Join us as we get under the skin of the data: how we ensure that performance management goes beyond ratings and pay and towards a model that benefits everyone.

We’ll be unpicking the findings and charting the way forward with Ian Macrae, author of the influential book “Motivation and Performance” and managing director of the consultancy High Potential Psychology. We’ll be asking:

  • Are managers or HR accountable for their team’s performance?

  • Do employees really want to take responsibility for their own learning and development?

  • What do the board care about in terms of performance management?
