Workplace gender imbalance down to 'de-selection from an early age'

Female students are de-selecting themselves from certain careers at an early age, according to a former director of Deutsche Bank.

Viv Dykstra, now Managing Director of Graduate Solutions Ltd, and Founder and CEO of The Artemis Network says she’s had ample experience of working in industries that are male-dominated.
