Top Employers 2015 announced

Last night 500 UK HR professionals gathered for the annual Top Employers UK Certification Dinner.

The Top Employers Institute recognised a number of organisations. From those that have been accredited for the first time to those that have made accreditation for over ten years.

Every year employers are recognised for excellence in the conditions that employers create for their people and this year was bigger than ever. The night was hosted by Matt Green, and was accompanied by introductions from David Plink, CEO, and Eleanor Nickerson, Director of UK Operations.

Although official rankings of accredited firms aren’t published, the top 10 highest scoring employers were revealed at the award ceremony. Tata Consultancy Services topped the list followed by East Coast Mainlines who came second and Bureau Veritas third.
