Survey reveals half of UK organisations suffering from 'Invisible Employee Syndrome'

 

A previously unrecognised malaise, Invisible Employee Syndrome (IES), is affecting a significant number of UK organisations, new research has revealed.

The joint survey from global cloud-based HRMS provider Fairsail and HR Grapevine showed that 78% of respondents felt their employees were poorly or partly engaged and over half of HR professionals are taking hours or days to produce reports when asked by management.

And 52% struggled to complete reports in a timely manner and 50% relied on spreadsheets to record data.
