  5. Hospitality – 5 hours

In contrast, these are the five industries to work in if you want the most amount of sleep:

  1. Hair and beauty – 9 hours 40 minutes
  2. Telemarketers – 8 hours 45 minutes
  3. Insurance – 8 hours 20 minutes
  4. Retail – 8 hours 15 minutes
  5. Construction – 8 hours 10 minutes
