10 things bosses should never ask their employees

1. Run company errands on their own time. 

2. Using their own money to make company purchases - if a staff member is known to have to be out regularly, they should be given a company credit card. 

3. Adding the training of a new employee to their busy schedule without taking current duties off them. 

4. Deliberately get an employee to lie or conceal the truth from a member of staff or customer.
