4. Yelling at your boss
If your boss is insufferable, HR is the best place to go. However, sometimes employees snap as a result of years of built-up tension. It’s never the right thing to do and could result in employment being terminated.
5. Not asking for help
One of the most common workplace communication problems stems from not asking for help. Through a mixture of professional pride and shame some employees cover up their shortcomings. But, it can result in being fired. If this you feel an employee is failing in some areas and is too scared to ask for assistance, come up with a development plan to close the gaps and tell someone, before it’s too late.
