Criticising a colleague behind their back will get a lot of people in hot water and it does nothing to address the problem at hand. If there’s an issue, it’s much better to bring up the issue with the party you’re aggrieved with. Otherwise, it could exacerbate the problem.

 2. Advertising that you’re interviewing and ready to leave

Interviewing regularly is something that some hiring professionals recommend. It allows employees to understand what’s out there in the wider world and keeps them on their toes. However, using interviews to assert leverage over your firm, or to disrupt colleagues, could land an employee in a sticky situation.
