Office workers, or those that work from a centralised hub, take for granted that most problem-solving, or question-asking, requires a quick look up from the desk to chat to a colleague. It doesn’t take long and it’s the ad-hoc communication that keeps most companies running.
However, remote workers often have to engage in long email chains to get responses to questions that could be answered quickly if they were around their co-workers.
Speaking to TNW, Denys Pakhaliuk, CEO at Ramation, explained that the advent of AR and VR will solve this problem.
