Taraji P Henson accepted the Best Ensemble in a Motion Picture Award on behalf of the Hidden Figures cast, a film based on a true story about three African American women and the significance of their roles at NASA.

“This story is of unity and this story is about what happens when we put our differences aside ... Love wins,” Henson declared. “These women did not complain about the problems, the circumstances, the issues. They focused on solutions. Therefore, these brave women helped put men into Space.”

Just last week, a Parliamentary inquiry launched into sexist dress codes at work resulted in pressure for existing laws banning sexist dress codes to be more readily enforced.
