Ousted MPs offered career help by recruitment software firm

With the 2015 General Election kicking off on Monday, a recruitment software firm has announced plans for an MP edition of its platform.

First Choice Software say ‘RDB EX-MP’ will enable unsuccessful parliamentary candidates to more effectively engage with recruitment agencies and quickly find their next role.

Roy Snart, Managing Director, First Choice Software, explains: “After May’s general election there will be an influx of former MPs with questionable skill-sets entering the private jobs market, many of them will be doing so for the very first time. This provides an untapped talent pool for our extensive client base and although these candidates may demonstrate arrogance but lack confidence, having been publically rejected at the polls, with basic coaching they should be easy to place”.
