We all know that we work better when we’re stress-free and happy. But how can you give your employees the best chance of being happy at work?
Speaking at this year's Unleash conference, Bruce Daisley, VP EMEA of Twitter, suggested that the key to happier, more productive staff, could lie in the way they are encouraged to use their downtime. Below, we have collated some of his top tips.
Synchronise breaks
You might think it’s a bad thing to have all your staff taking a tea break at once. After all, who will be there to grab each phone call? What if someone from another department needs them urgently? However, the benefits to giving your staff a time to unwind together could outweigh the downsides.
