A company has been ordered to pay $10,000AUD (£5523) to a candidate for discriminating against him on the grounds of mental illness – Lexology reports.

In September 2015, Mr Chalker applied for a role as a coach driver with Murrays Australia. He had previously been employed for over four years as a driver by a subsidiary company in the group.
