UK Executives worried about staff turnover rates

More than two-thirds of UK Senior Executives are worried that their employee turnover rates are too high despite retaining confidence in their succession planning and talent pipelines.

These findings, detailed in the ‘Challenging Talent’ report, undertaken by recruitment firm BPS World, highlighted what Executives saw as the biggest hiring challenges over the next decade.

Simon Connington, CEO of BPS World, explained that there are two distinct different takeaways from the report, highlighting the confidence Executives retain in their own business processes alongside fears regards the skills gap.

He said: “This research at first appears to show an encouraging confidence from senior executives on the talent flow into and within their businesses.
