Employees are spending an increasing amount of time at work. Coupled with the advent of social media and ‘always-on’ syndrome, for many their personal and professional lives are interlinked.
Furthermore, more work is remote, a not insignificant number of staff enjoy flexitime and even when they are in the office, dress codes can be relaxed and formal expectations are no longer so stringent.
