REVEALED: Great Places to Work's Best Workplaces 2018

Great Place to Work has revealed their Best UK Workplaces list for 2018. Firms were awarded in three categories: Small; Medium; and Large.

The list assesses the levels of trust and engagement throughout an organisation – looking at HR policies and practises, benchmarking them against other firms.

This year The Sovini Group topped the large workplaces list, McCarthy Recruitment topped the small places list and Workday topped the medium category list.

Roy Williams, Group Chief Executive at The Sovini Group noted the importance of culture in a business, even if that business is changing or growing.
