A City worker has been accused of ‘malicious’ harassment of a female colleague after he posted fake photos of her on a porn website and told bosses about it to discredit her – the BBC reports.
Hendon Magistrates’ Court heard that Davide Buccheri, 25, harassed the victim, Rebecca Baker, after she refused to give him her mobile number whilst they both worked at investment management firm M&G.
It is claimed that Buccheri used the firms’ internal whistleblowing system to alert M&G’s human resources department about the images, which he purposely edited and cropped to make look like the victim.
Prosecutor Aimee Emby, claimed Buccheri took images from Baker’s social media accounts and downloaded pornographic images of women of a similar build and edited them to make them look like his colleague.
