REVEALED: Gender pay gaps at UK's top firms

Last night was the final deadline for companies with over 250 members of staff to reveal their gender pay gap, and the majority of firms have submitted their data to the government.

The average gender pay gap across the country is 18.4% - but how do the top companies measure up? We looked at the pay gap for the top 25 of The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For list and found out if they have a higher or lower pay gap than the average.

Some firms are listed by the Sunday Times as being close to the 250-employee benchmark required for reporting, and as such may be exempt.
