However, throughout your career it is likely that you may experience a toxic work environment at some point. Whether the job expects that you go above and beyond, leading to the potential for burnout, or there is an opaque culture whereby indiscretions are ignored and decisions made behind closed doors, most workers know the signs of workplace toxicity when they see them.

Yet, are leaders doing enough to deal with the toxic elements of their workplace if they find them?
