HR sector in 10 fastest-growing, highest paying roles

The HR sector has featured prominently in the list of the UK’s fasting-growing top jobs, according to data from Indeed.

The league table identifies the 10 fastest growing jobs that pay at least £40,000 a year. People Analytics Managers (up 483%) and Senior Talent Acquisition Managers (up 194%) both feature in the list, with the latter ranking number five and the former just missing out on the top spot at number two.

The top job was found to be a Full Stack Developer, where employees can expect to earn £46,542 per annum. The best paid role in the list is Director of Customer Success, which offers an average salary of £71,680 and saw a 132% rise in job listings.

Bill Richards, UK Managing Director at global job site Indeed said the best candidates are likely to be taking advantage of these trends. “Ambitious jobseekers know that the staffing needs of employers evolve over time,” he said. “The key to success is to get ahead of the curve and work out exactly what - and who - they want.
