Why did you decide to move to Snatch?

To some, working in a startup is daunting, and fraught with uncertainty. But I’ve seen how Snatch has grown from the outside and it feels like a great time to get involved. With a growing workforce, and expansion happening across the world, strategic management of staff has never been more vital.

Having spent many years working in different spheres, I’ve always watched with wonder as tech organisations have grown and grown. Professionally, it offers me a new challenge and something new to get to grips with. Snatch has grown rapidly over the past year and they plan to grow even more in 2018. They are at a crucial time in their journey so far and it felt like the right time to move across and help them shape how they treat their staff - and help them hire for the future.
