The Sunday Times have published their annual Best 25 Big Companies to Work For list, which commends UK workplaces for exceptional workplace engagement.
The list ranks companies based on the views and opinions of their employees, who are surveyed about their experience of their workplace environment, leadership, development opportunities, wellbeing, pay, benefits and a company’s commitment to ‘giving something back’.
The competitive list has revealed the best 25 companies to work for in the UK, which achieved the highest Best Companies Index (BCI) scores. The organisations employ at least 3,000 full-time employees.
Steve Varley, UK Chairman at EY, was proud to be named on the list, again. He said: “It is recognition for our people who work hard every day, to create a positive environment where everyone can thrive.
