It’s important that managers, bosses and Executives strive to make the best hires.
Whilst the ramifications of a bad hire can impact a firm’s skill bank as well as morale, UK businesses are still failing to hire the right candidate for two out of five roles.
Last year, a report from the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) found that a bad hire at mid-management level can cost a business more than £132,000.
Yet, despite this shocking six-figure loss, many firms still make bad hires.
