Lying candidate won £84,000 salary - and a conviction

A job candidate who compiled a CV of lies to land an £84,000-a-year job is due to be sentenced today.

The case centres around Sudip Sarker. Last week, the ex-consultant was convicted of fraud at Worcester Crown Court after claiming on his CV that he had performed over fifty specialist surgeries.
