Do you have any professional resolutions for 2018?

Not sure I really ‘do’ or believe in resolutions, I mean, how many last beyond the first weeks! However, in 2018, what I plan to ‘do more of’ is give more feedback. It’s something as an organisation we are working to improve on and I as a leader need to consciously spend more time doing this.
