Inside Astrazeneca's talent acquisition journey

To find out more, HR Grapevine spoke to Maggie Spong, Head of Talent Acquisition, at the company.

With the recruitment landscape always changing, is it possible for HR to be anything more than reactive?

Now we are transforming into a more strategic function with a design to deliver strong candidate pipelines for the business both now and in the future. 2017 was our transformation year, 2018 will be about embedding and excelling. To that end, we are moving rapidly towards a best-in-class operating model and leveraging cutting-edge digital and social media technologies, to build a stronger employer brand and continue to attract the best talent to AZ.”
