It's only the second week of the new year, but many workers have already made promises regarding what they want to achieve in 2018.
According to new data from CV-Library, almost half have actually noted down resolutions regarding what they’d like to achieve over the course of the next 12 months.
Over three quarters of those making resolutions (77.2%) have revealed that at least one of those promises regards their working-life or career.
However, HR might have a job on their hands to keep their best staff. According to the survey data, 69% of employees say their resolution is to find themselves a new job. With nine in ten workers saying that they feel confident they’ll stick to their resolutions, HR will have to pull out all the stops to keep top employees.
