A multi-million-pound campaign to fight sexual harassment in the workplace is being backed by more than 300 film industry celebrities in efforts to change institutionalised sexual harassment.
The initiative, called Time’s Up, was announced via a full-page advert in the New York Times, and is described as "unified call for change from women in entertainment for women everywhere".
The campaign is being backed by high-profile actresses including Natalie Portman, Reese Witherspoon, Cate Blanchett, Eva Longoria and Emma Stone.
It has already raised more than £9.6m of its £11m target. This money will be used to fund legal support for both female and male victims of sexual harassment at work.
