BBC 'Head of Change' 4-page job advert littered with HR jargon

Change appears to have been a bit of a buzzword in the HR world this year, but organisations are taking the role incredibly seriously.

One of these firms is the BBC, who have been criticised for posting a 4-page job advert littered in management speak and impenetrable jargon.

    I suppose they don't really know what change they need which is why they need a change manager
