8 workplace trends for 2018

As 2018 fast approaches, predictions regarding how the next year will pan out have already begun.

As 2017 reeled from shock decisions made during the year prior – mainly Trump’s inauguration as President and the UK’s shock General Election –  it’s almost impossible to forecast whether 2018 will be plagued with the same shocks.
