You have a good reputation
Just one negative experience can bring bad luck to your brand, especially if complaints end up going viral. With the likes of Glassdoor and other review sites giving firms an insight into your customer experiences, it’s important that you’re not just investing in fancy branding, you need to be showing off real success stories. If possible, being accredited or demonstrating your legitimacy with an industry body can indicate you’re playing by the rule book.
