Are UK staff suspicious of each other's ability?

British workers believe that just two-thirds (68%) of their colleagues are actually good at their jobs.

The findings, taken from new research by Dropbox, conducted in conjunction with philosophers at The School of Life, found that 23% of British workers describe their colleagues as ‘lazy’.

Perhaps a reason for this, over a fifth of UK workers (21%), say that they ‘never’ do work that is to the best of their ability.

Three-quarters (73%) say they do not do work to their best ability even once a week, with just a small minority (seven per cent) saying they give work their all each day.
