Tesla staff fired en masse claim firm is 'silencing' them

Tesla workers, who were cut from the pioneering car manufacturer in a mass firing, claim the automobile manufacturer is attempting to silence criticism of the firm and its famous CEO – Newsweek report.

Already dealing with complaints about the mass firing – which is alleged to have targeted pro-union, LGBT and black employees – these new reports will hit the carmaker as it struggles to scale up production of its cars.

Dozens of axed employees told the San Jose Mercury News that Tesla wanted to coerce them into separation agreements that prevented them from speaking about the company, executives and products.

The agreement specifically seeks to stop them from criticising Musk, workers say.
